Introduction

This ICND 640-811 preparation training course covers the necessary subjects to enable the student to move forward and sit and pass the ICND 640-811 exam.

Hands-on practice

Approximately 40% of this course represents hands-on practice. The purpose of this is to help consolidate the subjects learnt and give the students practical as well as theoretical skills.

Who should attend the course?

This course is aimed at individuals who wish to pass the ICND 640-811 exam. Students should already have a working knowledge of binary and hexadeciamal numbering systems, basic networking, network protocols, Microsoft Windows, Internet / intranet access and a fundamental knowledge of various networking devices including hubs, bridges, switches and routers.
